Apparently the trolls aren’t the only ones that have been keeping tabs on my blog because Jessie messaged me at work. This is what she had to say.
Jessie: When did you decide what our baby’s name would be?!
(Uh-oh. Someone doesn’t seem very happy.)
Me: When I found out that Seagal has no meaning and I could make up my own.
Jessie: Seagal?
Me: It means kick-ass!
Jessie: As in I will kick your ass. Why kick-ass?
Ed: Because kick-ass is synonymous with bad-ass, and Steven Seagal is one bad-ass mother f*cker!
There were no more responses after that, so I’m assuming my explanation left her satisfied. Therefore, we have come to a unanimous decision. Seagal it is!
