The highlight of the trip, at least for me, was probably when Caitlyn decided to take a poop while in the pool. At first, I thought she was joking because she likes to pretend she’s pooping sometimes, but when I picked her up to inspect, the joke was on me.
I got a surprise for you, Daddy! |
After I finished, I just let the poop fall out of my swimming trunks and drop to the bottom of the pool. I never told anyone and just continued on playing in the water. I’m very curious as to what happened to it. Did anyone ever find it? Did it just eventually disintegrate? Questions like these sometimes keep me awake at night
Anyway, the wife might still try and argue that we should have gone to Singapore based on the fact that we could have done something different every day in the city, but if you ask Caitlyn, I think she was pretty content digging in the sand, pooping in the pool, and playing in the water day in and day out. And we definitely didn't tire ourselves out by trying to do too much in too many places. Still, I've promised her no more islands or beaches for awhile.
